Title: Salesforce Production Support

Location: Fully Remote (EST schedule)

Candidate must have an active and an updated LinkedIn ID with a picture and current location updated (REQUIRED!!)

Visa: US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H4/EAD

Need 2 references

(Certifications must be from before 2019) with Trailhead link for verification

There are two openings! They will take a Salesforce Developer with Production Support experience.

MUST:

Live in EST or central time zone.

Please check if the  candidate has got any salesforce certs 1-2 years into their salesforce career. HUGE red flag for candidates who just recently got them. 

professional references for all candidates required.

Contract Length: Through end of 2024 with likely extension to be a muti-year contract

Remote or On-site: 
100% remote (working an EST schedule) no pacific timezone candidates.  Client will only accept EST or Central Zone candidates

Required Skills:

         5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience (APEX, Flows, LWC Lightning Web Components)

         2+ years hands-on production support experience

         2+ years of Prior Java/.Net experience.

Bonus Skills:

         Industry experience is a huge bonus

Position Description:

         Salesforce Platform Support

o    Provide support of Salesforce applications, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues related to APEX code, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

o    Troubleshoot and fix bugs, deploy updates, and implement enhancements as needed.

         Incident Management

o    Monitor, manage, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs. Identify root causes, provide immediate fixes, and collaborate with development teams for long-term solutions.

         Issue Resolution

o    Analyze and address issues in Salesforce and related systems. Engage in proactive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize future occurrences.

         Code Debugging and Optimization

o    Utilize your strong background in APEX, Java/.NET to debug and optimize code for better performance and stability. Identify inefficiencies and refactor code to improve system performance.

         Collaboration

o    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to understand application issues, provide resolutions, and enhance system functionality.

         Release Management

o    Assist in the deployment and release of new features and updates to the production environment. Ensure that changes are properly tested and documented before deployment.

         Documentation

o    Create and maintain documentation for incident resolution procedures, system architecture, and application configurations. Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

         Continuous Improvement

o    Actively participate in retrospectives and post-mortem meetings to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in production support.

         User Support and Training

o    Provide level 2/3 support to end-users, addressing their technical issues and providing training on new functionalities as needed.
