Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Provar to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing and automation, with the ability to design, implement, and execute automated test cases using the Provar testing tool. This role will involve working closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA professionals to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement test strategies for Salesforce applications. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the testing needs and business requirements. Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Provar. Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure quality standards are met. Perform regression testing, identifying and documenting defects. Provar Expertise: Utilize Provar to create, manage, and execute test cases. Integrate Provar with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Provide expertise on best practices for using Provar in a Salesforce environment. Salesforce Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations. Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations. Ensure that automated tests cover key Salesforce functionalities and business processes. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira. Work with development teams to resolve defects and retest fixes. Report testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving testing processes and tools. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce and automation testing. Mentor and guide junior testers in Salesforce and Provar automation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in Salesforce testing. Proven experience with Provar for Salesforce test automation. Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, its data model, and various Salesforce clouds. Proficient in using Provar for test automation. Experience with other automation tools like Selenium is a plus. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Apex, or SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Provar certification (if available).
