Role: HR Subject Matter Experts: Location: Remote Core Job responsibilities: Leading HR Blueprinting/ design phase post winning the BPO deal 1) Validating scope of services as against the contract . 2) Validating FTEs number as against as the contract 3) Validating skill sets 4) Future state process maps on business optics ( L3 level maps - clearly calling out the adaptions on Day 1) 5) Validating metrics 6) Creating risk and controls 7) Creating operating structure and escalation mechanism. 8) Creating a transformation roadmap 9) Creating a productivity roadmap Skill set: SME in HR Shared Services, Pro9cess mapping , future state design , close interaction with process leads on client side . ability to create strong POV on HR operating models , HR Transformation , HR Digital basis the RFP information. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in HR blueprinting or similar projects -- Best Regards, Sai Surya Teja US IT Recruiter Humac Inc.
