Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Job Location: Jacksonville, FL or Alpharetta, GA Duration: Long Term Key Technology: CRM Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles) Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus. Job Responsibilities: Work with clients to understand their current product set in addition to their current processing environment. Consult with clients to configure products and institution options to meet their needs. Work with clients during User Acceptance Testing to identify required modifications. Conduct and document a controlled testing process prior to delivery to the client. Work with Product Management and Development as necessary in the troubleshooting of issues. Test converted data and work with the end user on the verification and acceptance of the data. Collaborate with team members in all areas of implementation project management, product management and development. Interview stakeholders, gather and analyze data, study data and business problems. Work with clients to create testing use cases. Skills and Experience Required: Hands on Core Banking, SaaS (Software as a Service), BaaS (Banking as a Service) experience In-depth understanding of core banking platforms, particularly FIS systems like Profile and Modern Banking Platform (MBP) Knowledge of SQL; able to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports Able to create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation Familiar with API standards and integration methods in a banking environment. Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence Understanding of Banking practices/products: loans, deposits, payments, treasury.
