Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience. Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodology to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. Ability to translate technical information into language understandable by non-technical stakeholders. Strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-focused with a commitment to meeting the needs of business partners. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Experience working with Gas Pipeline Transmission applications.
