| Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Perform reimaging of laptops using provided thumb drives. Follow detailed instructions to ensure laptops are correctly reimaged and configured. Report any issues or anomalies encountered during the reimaging process. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations across both shifts. Ensure all reimaged laptops meet the companys standard configurations before deployment. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service while on-site. Qualifications: Basic understanding of IT and computer systems. Experience with reimaging laptops or similar tasks is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to commit to working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends if required. Reliable transportation to the Houston site.
