The ideal candidate will excel in analysing complex requirements, performing technical testing, and ensuring the seamless implementation of solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements and rules. API and Data Testing: Use Postman for API testing to verify functionality and performance. Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data. Design and Prototyping: Develop detailed mockups and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Workflow Testing and Improvement: Test complex workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Automation and Quality Assurance: Review and execute automation tests, working closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality outputs. User Stories Development: Create detailed and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for development teams. Business Rules Clarification: Seek clarifications and ask questions to fully understand complex business processes and rules. System Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze system performance using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar technical role. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Postman for API testing. Experience with MongoDB for database querying. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens. Design and Documentation: Experience in creating mockups and wireframes. Strong ability to develop detailed user stories and documentation. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
