[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Network Engineer III (DOCSIS) Location: Englewood, CO 80112 100% onsite Duration: 12+ month contract likely to extend/convert to FTE Other Requirements : Must be currently local to Denver Onsite 5x days a week 14810 Grasslands Drive Englewood CO 80112 Must have DOCSIS experience Number of Positions : 1 Must have active LinkedIn & two Manager references JOB OVERVIEW Plans and implements enterprise networks and related hardware and software. Designs and documents network architecture. Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps. Establishes security (firewalls, intrusion detection), connectivity and access parameters. Provides recommendations to optimize network infrastructure. Tests and tunes security devices and systems. Programs routers and switches. Implements communications technologies (data or voice). Manages network services from planning phase through implementation. Solid knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies and network infrastructure is required. 5- 10 years of experience.
