Gaining buy-in from stakeholders and managing resistance Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree required; Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related degree preferred; MBA is a plus Experience: 4+ years of work experience is required. Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis experienced preferred Core Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills; mindset of own it all the way Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Working knowledge of Data; Proficient in data query languages, specifically SQL; experience with visualization tools preferred (Tableau, PowerBI) Potential for 1-2 onsite visits to CA.
