Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and test dashboards and visualizations with advanced functionality and a focus on user experience using Tableau. Data Optimization: Efficiently handle large datasets within Tableau to enhance performance and user interactions. Data Querying and Analysis: Perform data querying, analysis, and modeling to support reporting needs. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to define and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring clear, implementable, and testable outcomes. Client Engagement: Actively participate in client analytics projects, contributing insights and solutions that meet business objectives. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer or in a similar role. Core Skills: Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ownership mentality, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions. Technical Skills: Tableau (Primary Strength): 3+ years of hands-on experience required; Tableau certification preferred. Proficient in SQL for data querying. Experience with Databricks for data processing and analysis. Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including data storage and processing tools. Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Functional Skills: Excellent presentation and documentation abilities. Strong data modeling skills for reporting.
