Key Responsibilities:

SAP certifications in SAP HCM or SF (Must have)

Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors architecture and implementation System Design and Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors architectures and solutions that align with organizational HR needs and objectives.

Migration Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of migration strategies from SAP HCM to SAP SF, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.

Integration: Design and oversee the integration of SAP SF with other systems and platforms, including SAP and third-party applications.

Customization: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Location:  USA  , Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 3 years focused on SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

SAP CPI Certification.

Integration Design: Develop and design integration solutions using SAP CPI to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Architecture: Create and maintain integration architectures that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.

Implementation: Oversee the deployment of SAP CPI solutions, including configuring integration scenarios, mapping data, and ensuring system compatibility.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and reliability of data flows.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and solutions.

Best Practices: Apply industry best practices and standards for integration and ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to integration processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Location:  USA , Remote 

Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 11+ years of experience as an SAP HR Technical Consultant, with expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.

Technical Design: Develop and implement technical solutions for SAP HR modules, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, to address client needs and improve HR processes.

Customization: Customize SAP HR modules, including configuring Infotypes, Actions, Schemas, and Functions, to align with business requirements.

Development: Write and maintain ABAP code for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP HR.

Integration: Manage and support integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP SD) as well as third-party systems.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within SAP HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes.

Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
