Monitor and manage the quality of applications and works to identify continuous improvement measures/root causes and corrective actions. Verifies project deliverables are acceptable, fulfill terms of the team agreements, and are within budget. Communicate routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback. Communicate with external stakeholders and oversee requisite reporting. Communicate monthly with internal stakeholders and as needed with the Quarterly Assurance Monitoring team. Responsible for problem management, issue resolution, and risk identification and mitigation, while empowering and motivating the team to have a sense of ownership over the application. Communicates a clear vision of all projects to the executive management team, customers, and project team. Coordinate the initiation and planning of diverse projects to meet strategic application and technology roadmap commitments Skills (Required): Minimum five (5) years of work experience in managing or working on software application teams, using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Agile Scrum Methodology. Four years of working as a project manager using the Texas Project Delivery Framework Skills (Preferred): Four years experience working with Major Information Resources Projects.
