Competencies: IT IS_AMS_Mainframe_System_Software_Administration Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Senior Mainframe Storage Administrator The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in mainframe storage administration, with a strong background in HSM migration and backup, Vantage Storage software, Hitachi disk replication, virtual tape, and RMM (Removable Media Manager). You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our mainframe storage systems, providing expert-level support for storage infrastructure, and driving key storage initiatives.- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in mainframe storage administration.- Technical Expertise: - Extensive experience with HSM migration and backup. - Extensive experience with SMS Managed Disk and Tape. - Proficient in Vantage Storage software. - Strong experience with Hitachi disk replication. - In-depth knowledge of virtual tape systems. - Experience with RMM (Removable Media Manager).- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Certifications: Relevant certifications in mainframe storage administration and related technologies are a plus.
