From: Deepak Thakur, Largeton Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Role: Business Analyst Workday SME Duration: 6 Months Contract To Hire Location: Maryland, MD Hybrid (2 days onsite) Visa: USC onlyMOI: Video then f2f Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements, then translate those into complete system solutions via Agile user stories and acceptance criteria. System Oversight: Maintain a holistic view of the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations. Configuration & Testing: Assist with the design, build, and test of configurations, calculations, business processes, and reports as well as role access management and implementation. Agile Team Support: Act as the Workday systems analyst on an Agile team; collaborate with the MGA DLS Project Manager to identify deliverables, track issues and risks, and communicate and escalate concerns to Project Management. Post-Deployment Support: During implementation and immediately after deployment to Production, assist the ERP Team in troubleshooting system issues, developing enhancements, and recommending process changes. Data Quality Improvement: Lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in data quality and integrity. Identify sources of data integrity issues and propose (and partner in the delivery of) process improvement solutions, user training, etc. Required Experience: Workday Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on configuration, support, and administration. Agile Project Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management, including crafting and deployment of user stories with acceptance criteria within sprints. Module Proficiency: Proficiency in Workday modules such as HCM, Talent Optimization, Payroll, Recruiting, Core Financials, Time Tracking, Expenses, and Procurement. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
