Contributor to the overall MarTech product design and roadmap, working in partnership with key stakeholders at local and global to ideate and launch new functionalities and feature enhancements, aligned to product OKRS. Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and document needs.sam Strategize, and document a scalable CDP implementation tailored to AXP needs. Translate Marketing team's requirements into Product/process designs and define end-to-end workflow for marketing platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Marketing operations, engineering, DevOPS, Info security etc. Create & own product backlog, conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives with engineering & product teams. Oversee data management on CDP, including building schemas for batch and streaming.
