Title- Fiserv Support Consultant Duration- 6+ Months Location- Remote MOI: Skype Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Fiserv Support Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Fiserv Signature Core platform, specifically focusing on the Deposits module. You will work closely with our Production Support team to manage incidents, support business requests, and ensure smooth operations of the deposit functions within Fiserv Signature Core. Key Responsibilities: Incident Management: Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents related to the Fiserv Signature Core Deposits module. This includes diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and escalating to Fiserv when necessary. Business Support: Research and respond to requests from the line of business, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues related to deposits, product types, interest plans, and other related functionalities. System Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Fiserv Signature Core system, particularly in understanding the life cycle of deposits, transaction codes, and automated renewal functionality, to provide expert guidance and support. Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with Fiserv, using Client360 to log and track incidents and inquiries, ensuring they are addressed and resolved effectively. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and communications with Fiserv to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications (Must Have): Strong understanding of the Fiserv Signature Core platform, specifically within the Deposits module. Experience in managing Level 1 and Level 2 production support incidents. Familiarity with deposit product types, interest plans, time maintenance transaction codes, and monetary adjustment transaction codes. Ability to research and resolve business inquiries related to deposits. Experience using Client360 or similar CRM/support platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users. Experience in a support or consulting role within the financial services industry is preferred.
