Need AWS and API development. He said that resumes appear to be qualified but when they interview, people are not able to go into details on their experience, they can only talk about it at a high level, have not been able to speak to how they implemented and what they did with their projects. They expect their engineers to be able to test as well and that seems to be the area that is tripping people up in interviews. She is looking for someone with a strong Python dev experience but this is a testing journey project so she needs someone that can test and has tested. She is not looking for just a developer. He needs someone that can write unit tests or PyTests.
