Role: D365 Solution Architect Location: Atlanta, GA (Only Locals or nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Develop high-level architectural solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into a D365 solution design. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams. Lead the technical delivery of complex D365 projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Oversee customization, configuration, and deployment of D365 solutions. Ensure customizations are scalable and maintainable. Design and oversee the integration of D365 with other systems and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and communication between integrated systems. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of D365 applications. Implement best practices for maintaining the health and performance of D365 environments. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders. Provide updates and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation for D365 solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on D365 functionalities and best practices. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to D365 solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong background in D365. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules. Proficiency in D365 customization, configuration, and integration. Strong knowledge of Azure services, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. Experience with SQL, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for D365. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
