| Only USC, GC We are looking for HRIS Workday in Princeton, NJ - Hybrid Duration: 12 Months Contract Job Description: HRIS Analyst III The HRIS Workday Consultant tasks include: - Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules - Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests - Transactional record upkeep and updates - Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors) - Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc. - Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology - Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations - Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested Qualifications/Experience: 5 to 10 years experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting - Workday HCM Certification is a Plus - Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus - Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus Required Skills Include: - Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information - Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious - Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance - Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment -- Keywords: information technology green card New Jersey We are looking for HRIS Workday in Princeton, NJ - Hybrid [email protected] |
