Role: Supply Chain Business Consultant with Retail Domain Experience Work Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid Role) Project Duration: Long Term Note: Candidates must have experience in Retail Domain and they should have minimum 14+ Years of total IT Experience. Job Description: Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification. Collaborate closely with retail clients to understand their challenges, opportunities, and risks, providing customized solutions aligned with industry best practices Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients. Lead project meetings with clients, ensuring consistent progress and resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle. Produce detailed functional design documents that capture client requirements and execute these designs Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution in a retail environment Minimum of 5 years' experience scoping and delivering technology solutions for retailers that includes advanced functional-level understanding of at least one of the following: o9, SAP IBP or SAP S4, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Proficiency in both functional (Master Data Management, Supply Chain mgmt., Demand and Fulfillment) and technical (APIs - SOAP, REST, data integration patterns, reporting) aspects crucial for successful SCM implementations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively Experience with BI and data analytics in the supply chain space to identify business improvement opportunities -- P.
