Role : Service Desk Support Location : Elk River, MN (onsite) Job description: Responsibilities: Device decom power disconnects, Device decom removals, Cabling decom disconnects, Cabling decom removals, Cabling installs, Incident support, Auditing and labelling, Be part of an On Call rotation, support complicated cutovers and assist with power redundancy tests. Skills Must Have: High School Diploma/GED 1+ years experience with, hands-on data centre server room environment activities such as installation and decommission activities.
