| Hi Team We have the following requirement in Austin, TX. Role: Java Software Engineer (Required Local candidate from Texas with Public sector/healthcare exp) Work Mode: Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the Texas). Job Description: This contractor role is for a Senior Java Developer, and the position will work on the BAU EI parallel initiative. This role will be responsible for making updates to the Java. Updates include changes to business logic, updates to the user interface and business logic as well as extending reporting capabilities and the system data model. Supports application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Maintaining code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures is required. Available for on-call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.
