Job Title: Technical Project Manager Duration: 6+ months Location: California, CA Contract: Corp to Corp Type of position: Onsite Job description: Strong Experiences in Supply Chain and data analytics Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Data and Analytics team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation of analytics solutions, particularly those involving Tableau. Supply Chain Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of supply chain processes to ensure that data and analytics projects align with business needs and industry best practices. JIRA and Confluence Management: Use JIRA for project tracking, issue resolution, and workflow management. Utilize Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Reporting and Visualization: Oversee the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Team Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality analytics solutions. Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices in project management, analytics, and supply chain operations. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within a supply chain or analytics environment. Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Strong technical background in data analytics and experience with Tableau for reporting and visualization. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Optional Qualifications: Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications. Technical Skills: Experience with other data analytics tools and platforms. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain analytics and related technologies.
