The JIRA Business Analyst will also act as a subject matter expert, providing support, training, and advice to our teams as they adopt Agile best practices. As a member of the Central Agile Transformation Office team, you will collaborate with the team, participate in team ceremonies (planning, daily standups, etc.), and will take ownership of backlog items (user stories) which support the goals and objectives of our Agile transformation. Stories may include helping users configure JIRA boards / plan views / dashboards, helping users diagnose and resolve JIRA technical issues, changing JIRA system configurations, analyzing JIRA data, building JIRA reports, etc. Skills A successful candidate should ideally have the below skills and characteristics: 5+ years of relevant experience such as IT, Operations, Project Management, or Product Management, preferably within the Finance / Banking industry Experience working on an Agile team (Scrum / Kanban).
