(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) Role synopsis: We are looking for an experienced .Net backend developer to help create a best-in-class optimization application for biogas. Context of job Key accountabilities: The POM application analyses many supply and demand sources and calculates the optimal flow of biogas between them given a set of contractual and physical constraints. The application handles a significant share of biogas contracts, and it has been designed for use by both expert and non-experts alike. The POM consists of a frontend, a backend, and a model execution service (MES). This role will focus on the backend and requires a strong background in .Net/C# and in database technologies. Experience with serialisation protocols and cloud technologies would be an advantage. Take ownership of development and testing of different backend components, with full accountability and responsibility Work with other developers, Business Analysts, and testers as part of the wider POM Team. Contribute to the analysis, design and development of business processes and interfaces as they relate to the POM.
