| From: Debasish Pattnaik, MRTECHNOSOFT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Okta/Auth0 Developer (Remote) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Okta/Auth0 Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta and Auth0. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to ensure seamless authentication and authorization experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implementation: Architect, design, and deploy Okta and Auth0 solutions to meet business and technical requirements. Develop custom authentication flows and integrate third-party applications with Okta/Auth0. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other advanced security features. Identity Management: Manage and maintain user identities, roles, and access policies within Okta/Auth0. Configure and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models. Security & Compliance: Ensure that all identity and access management processes comply with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks. Integration & Support: Integrate Okta/Auth0 with various enterprise applications, including cloud platforms, on-premises systems, and third-party services. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Okta/Auth0-related issues. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions within the application stack. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Okta/Auth0 configurations, integrations, and workflows. Train internal teams and end-users on Okta/Auth0 best practices and usage. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Okta and Auth0, including architecture, implementation, and management. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and practices. Experience with SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT. Proficiency in developing and managing APIs, SDKs, and custom connectors. Development Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating Okta/Auth0 within cloud environments. Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Certifications: Okta Certified Professional or Developer (preferred). Auth0 Expert Certification (preferred). Preferred Experience: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM. Previous experience in a DevSecOps or security-focused development role.
