Position: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration : 12+ months Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications. Create architectural designs, data models, and integration strategies. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications. Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, project timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and other IT professionals to deliver effective solutions. Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs, including creating custom entities, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Testing & Validation: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and function correctly. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, and ensure system stability and performance. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users. Develop user guides and training materials as needed Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations). Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions. Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
