Role: QA Automation engineer with BPM Location: Pleasonton, CA (Only Locals or nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Business Process Management (BPM) applications. Execute and monitor automated tests, analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Design and implement automated test frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. Perform end-to-end testing of BPM workflows and processes to ensure they meet business requirements. Validate the integration of BPM systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Work closely with BPM developers to understand process logic and identify potential testing scenarios. Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data for BPM-related projects. Execute manual and automated tests, documenting and reporting defects found during testing. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into testable scenarios. Identify areas for improvement in existing testing processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of QA practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation and BPM. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on BPM applications. Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Strong understanding of BPM platforms and tools (e.g., Appian, Pega, IBM BPM). Experience with end-to-end testing of BPM workflows and integration with enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in QA or BPM (e.g., ISTQB, BPMN) are a plus.
