Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues and bugs, ensuring system stability and performance. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development, cloud computing, and microservices. Skills Needed: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Core Java, including multithreading, concurrency, and memory management. Expertise in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, JPA using Hibernate. Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design and development. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in an Agile development environment. Good to Have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. Knowledge of OpenShift or Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO). Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, Yuga byte). Experience with security best practices, including integrated code scans and vulnerability remediations. Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
