In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments. You will be responsible for deployments, package management, user support, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient system operation and integration. Responsibilities: Deployment & Release Management: Participate in weekly production deployment validation and execution for both Salesforce and D365 environments. Work closely with the Release Management team to represent the platform team during cutovers. Assist with deployment automation using tools and best practices. Package Management: Install and upgrade necessary packages in both Salesforce and D365 environments. Stay updated on package functionalities and compatibility. User Support: Assist with user maintenance activities like provisioning, access control, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs and implement solutions. Business Integration: Analyze business requirements through team collaboration, system flow analysis, data usage review, and process evaluation. Identify opportunities to improve integration between different platforms and systems. Platform Support: Assist with various maintenance activities related to the cloud platform. Help troubleshoot deployment and integration issues under the platform team's purview. Data Migration (D365): Participate in data migration activities for D365 environments. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in cloud platform administration, preferably with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience with package installations, upgrades, and configuration in Salesforce and D365. Familiarity with Salesforce + Congo CPQ is a strong plus. Experience working in a collaborative and agile environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of data migration concepts and best practices (for D365). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
