Technologies: SSRS is required. Tableau is nice to have. APX experience is HIGHLY preferred (Accounting System) Need someone who is remarkably familiar with the process and framework of Agile. Theyll be the Scrum Master and not just the IT PM Theyll be leading the scrum meetings. Working with the business to get requirements and make sure theyre technical enough to send along to the developers. Also, will be doing some analysis work since they dont have a BA on the team. Sprint releases Backlog grooming Were very customer service oriented. Must be a cultural fit. Using Jira Two-week sprints Education: If theyre technical based on everything that we need, the education doesnt have to match up. Responsibilities: Execute day to day project management activities on key initiatives. Work with Product Owners to prioritize project deliverables. Actively lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives. Work with team manager to establish agile methodologies adopted by the development teams. Manage project dimensions of resources, timelines, scope, and quality. Manage and maintain the Scrum board in Jira based on feedback from the development team. Clear obstacles, bird-dog tasks and team member accountability, and escalate issues, as required. Manage meeting cadence with Product Owners as needed. Drive broad stakeholder engagement and communications. Requirements gathering and translation for the development team. Assist with liaising with 3rd party suppliers that are engaged on projects. Consult with other team members regarding project management standards and activities. Job Requirements: 5+ years experience as a technical project manager, supporting data integration initiatives, file transmission set ups as well as creation and maintenance of SQL reports. Technical understanding of SQL. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives concurrently. Must have a thorough understanding of and experience implementing development methodologies, including iterative development, Agile/Scrum, and structured approaches. Must have a strong knowledge of various projects, workspace, and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Smartsheet, Teams, etc. Experience with one or more integration technologies (i.e. SSIS, Boomi, etc.) is a plus Experience with Reporting Tools (SSRS, Tableau). Experience establishing, documenting and maintaining as-is and to-be process information. Experience in financial services and regulated environments is preferred. Experience with financial accounting and/or trading platforms (i.e. Charles River Investment Management Solutions, Advent APX Portfolio Management and Accounting, etc.) is a plus. Experience with cloud environment development and/or deployment (i.e. Microsoft Azure, SaaS, etc.) is preferred.
