Job Description: NEED to ensure that they have a strong Python dev experience and can hit the ground running and need AWS. The interviewers are asking about Python skills and most people are saying they are 4/10 and they need at least a 6-8/10. This is a modernization effort migrating to GitHub and testing the maturity journey. They need AWS to be able to optimize performance and run times. She is open to Data Engineering skill sets here or a DevOps Skills set as well but the Python skills need to be strong. Skillset: Very proficient in Python (7+ years), proficient in AWS (3+ years) EC2, RDS, DevOps, any operations/migrations/streamlining/modernization things could be beneficial but not required, same with Windows A traditional software engineer would excel in this role but they need someone who is senior enough to jump right in. At least 5 years but ideally 7+ years of Python and 3+ years of AWS. Years of experience: Minimum 5, ideally 7+ Interviews: Technical lead will be conducting tech interviews. Will have engineers from each project/application also asking questions. Mix of technical and behavioural.
