Job Description:

The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, design and build custom solutions, and ensure the platform aligns with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules and applications, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and others.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and new feature deployment to ensure optimal performance and stability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed for development and platform configuration.
Identify areas for process improvements and automation opportunities.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related projects, enhancements, and support.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 practices and processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
