While the Fusion platform has been deployed within the company environment and its Emergency Management departments, it has not yet been fully configured for end-user functionality. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Configuration Specialist to assist the Emergency Management department in setting up and configuring the Fusion platform for seamless use by business users. Responsibilities: Configure and customize the Salesforce Fusion platform to meet specific business requirements, including creating and modifying objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Work closely with cross-functional teams in Emergency Management to gather requirements and ensure the platform aligns with business objectives. Import data and create user stories based on end-user requirements. Implement automation solutions, such as flows and process builders, to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access and data protection. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the system. Conduct User-Acceptance Testing to ensure the changes meet desired outcomes. Train end-users on how to use the platform properly.
