As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that leverage Genesys technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using industry best practices and standards. Integrate Genesys solutions with other systems and platforms, including AWS/Lex, Python, and Lambda. Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support Genesys applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). In-depth knowledge of Genesys products and solutions, including Genesys Cloud, Genesys Platform, and Genesys Studio. Experience working with AWS/Lex, Python, and Lambda. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
