| Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (Techno-Functional) Hybrid: 4 days/week onsite in NYC, NY 9+ months, will extend This is a senior Level Oracle HCM Solution Architect who understands the technical migrations. Our client, a commercial real estate advisory firm, is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with the below experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive global roadmap for Oracle HCM implementation Lead functional design and configuration of Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules Collaborate closely with HR architecture and technical teams Translate business requirements into technical specifications Ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with existing systems Who we need: We need someone who is an expert in Oracle HCM and has completed one or more such implementations. Must have a wide breadth of functional & technical implementation knowledge across various HCM subject areas including Core HR, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Learning & Development, Oracle Recruiting Cloud etc. The initiative is to bring our international entities and acquisitions onto the centralized Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation. Decommission all the other satellite implementations of various HR systems in those locations.
