Role: Oracle NetSuite Developer Location: Youngstown, Ohio Duration: Long-term Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite applications using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 Support and optimize Order Management, Manufacturing, Financials, Procurement and fulfilment processes within NetSuite. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite system performance and functionality. Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite applications. Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other internal and external business systems. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations. Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and best practices to improve system performance continuously. NetSuite Administration support will be part of the necessary efforts to keep the system current. Interact with key business members, leading complex business requirement discussions to gather, evaluate, and document business needs and translate these into functional specifications. Ensure responses to customer complaints and concerns are timely and adequate. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer. Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 . Strong experience with Manufacturing processes in NetSuite . Prior knowledge of the Advanced Manufacturing module is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
