| ColdFusion Technical Specialist IV Salem OR -Remote Long term contract The ColdFusion Technical Specialist IV will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking and application issues, providing expert-level technical support across departments, and troubleshooting both hardware and software problems. This role may require a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field. A solid understanding of ColdFusion 2023, software development best practices, and creative problem-solving is essential. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate ColdFusion application code for deprecated or unsupported features in ColdFusion 2023. Recommend mitigation strategies for applications affected by ColdFusion 2023 changes. Upgrade application software code to HTTPS and create Azure Deploy Pipelines as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ColdFusion applications migrated from version 2018 to 2023. Provide recommendations for migrating ColdFusion applications needing remediation. Manage task assignments concurrently and prioritize work effectively. Estimate task completion times and communicate progress. The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a solid understanding of the Information System Development Lifecycle (ISDL), and experience with requirements management and source code analysis.
