Operational : Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks Keeps Jira tickets up to date Delivery : Can develop/ configure, test, deploy, and document features Can work independently and deliver features using Apex and LWC (primarily) and configuration tools (when needed) Follows best practices and design principles when writing code Writes Clean Code. Emphasizing readability and scalability Tests code completely, using unit tests, mocks, etc Has Good error-handling practices Excellent debugging skills Develop and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications: 7+ years experience with OOP 5+ Years experience with Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, etc) 5+ years of experience working with custom web services 3+ years experience with LWC Experience working within an Agile environment.
