Must have extensive experience in CC++ programming for Linux operating system.2. Must have broad knowledge about LinuxUnix operating system architecture.3. Must have experience with multi-threaded system design and implementation.4. Must have experience doing system level design for client-server applications, socketprogramming, complex data structures, linked lists, function pointers, multi-dimensional array etc.5. Should be aware of IPC and synchronization mechanisms.6. Complete understanding of software development life cycle.7. Good knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals. Should be able to debug network TCP dumps.8. Experience with Perl/Shell/PHP would be a definite advantage.9. Clean coding habit is a must. Candidates must know developing high quality working code. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
