| From: Vicky, istaffx [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Documentum version 20.0 The Senior Software Engineer is actively involved in the development and maintenance of several ENCORE (ENterprise COntent Repository Engine) team applications that provide imaging and content management services to the business users of Navient. The Software Engineer will be responsible for all life cycles of the development process and will take key ownership of specified applications. The Software Engineer should have strong .NET development skills working in a combined Linux/Unix and Windows Environment. The candidate should also have current experience with OpenTexts Captiva and Documentum products, which are used as the backbone for the ENCORE suite of applications. Development/Analysis Design, code, debug, test, document and maintain moderately complex applications software. Write unit test plans and perform test runs. Research and resolve production problems. May perform small to moderate degree of business analysis and/or technical analysis. Perform system migrations. Project/Release Activities Participate in design sessions and assist with design for small to medium projects. Attend project/release meetings to learn and understand process. May lead small projects. Decisions on coding details, how to code particular function, technical design for small projects and determining whether to get more details on issues before moving forward. Design decisions and decisions that would affect areas outside of specific assignment would be taken to manager. Education: Bachelor's Degree -- Computer Science, Computer Technology or related area Requirements: Must Have Experience - Minimum of 3 years software application development experience skilled in .NET and/or Java Minimum of 3 years experience with enterprise document capture and storage technologies; particularly OpenText Captiva and Documentum and associated products: Brava Webtop and Desktop AWS exp Reveille server monitoring Understanding of Oracle/SQL Databases and the use of SQL Knowledge of Visual Studio for development and Azure Dev Ops for code management Knowledge of Windows Server/Windows OS Preferred knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating System REDHAT Preferred knowledge of JBOSS, Tomcat or other application servers is helpful Preferred knowledge of Service Now is helpful Other Experience Strong interpersonal communication skills Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Excellent customer service skills Familiarity with Service Now Security vulnerability identification and remediation Minimum Abilities - Strong problem solving and analytical ability Keywords: Senior Software Engineer Documentum [email protected] |
