As a SRE associate you will collaborate with Application Support and Development teams to implement business solution through agile practice and manage production issues. Must have: SRE: Looking for someone who is more hands on. Worked along with development and product teams on building availability dashboards in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana etc., Based on the availability report, solving recurring problems(java, spring boot and microservices) analyze performance issues(hands on tool to analyze and suggest a solution to dev teams), Implement automation to reduce manual work(auto scaling of pods/containers in cloud environment), understand fault tolerance patterns, a good and positive attitude SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Over 10 years of experience in IT/DevOps/SRE 6-8 plus years of application development experience using modern technologies and architecture, including experience collaborating with technology teams. Strong understanding of REST APIs and how to use them in practice. Strong hands-on experience as an SRE/Site Reliability Engineer Experience working with development and production teams on building availability dashboards in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, etc Analyze performance issues(hands on tool to analyze and suggest a solution to dev teams) Based on the availability report, solving recurring problems(java, spring boot and microservices) Implement automation to reduce manual work(auto scaling of pods/containers in cloud environment) Understand fault tolerance patterns Strong Experience with continuous integration and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub and Confluence. Good knowledge and Hands on CLI Bash, Linux, Azure CLI etc., Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid technical background are essential as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can explain technical issues in laymans terms and translate business needs to technology teams and back. Experience working effectively with diverse groups around the world, including IT management, technology staff, business partners, consultants, vendors, and clients.
