You will leverage your deep understanding of procurement processes and Coupa's capabilities to design, develop, and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map complex procurement processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Coupa solution architectures, considering technical requirements, integration points, and best practices. Configuration and Implementation: Configure Coupa settings to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing to validate solution functionality and ensure a smooth deployment process. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues and troubleshooting problems. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of Coupa best practices and share knowledge within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Coupa Senior Consultant or Architect with a strong understanding of procurement processes. Deep functional knowledge of Coupa's capabilities, including configuration, integration, and reporting. Strong technical skills, including experience with integration layers and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. A passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional results. Certification in Coupa implementation or Coupa Solutions Architect is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with other procurement solutions, such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, or SAP. Knowledge of financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Experience with software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
