This role is pivotal in enhancing HR processes and driving strategic workforce planning efforts. The HRIS Project Manager will play a key role in our organizations transformation, ensuring the adoption and optimal use of the latest HR solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in HRIS project management, stakeholder collaboration, and project lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the seamless implementation and support of HRIS/HRMS platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies. Drive the optimization of HR processes through the effective use of HRIS, enabling strategic workforce planning and decision-making. Guide the organization through transformative HR changes, leveraging cutting-edge HR solutions to enhance overall HR functionality and efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, to gather and assess requirements for HRIS initiatives. Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus throughout the HR transformation lifecycle. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HRIS project management or a similar role, preferably within a large or complex organization. Proven experience with HRIS/HRMS implementations, upgrades, or support, with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar. Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and HR technology solutions. Excellent project management skills with experience in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to HR data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is preferred.
