Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Lead Location: Greenwood Village, CO (4x onsite per week) Duration: EOY contract, should extend in January (3-month extensions, the goal for this is to convert as soon as a full-time role is available). Interview process: 2 rounds Theyre running tests and when they find a bug or defect, the engineers try to redo that test in a controlled setting to reproduce that defect and learn how to run through it, this is for all of their wifi routers. Day to Day/Project: Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. This person is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. The Quality Assurance Test Lead works on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead. The Quality Assurance Test Lead is responsible for leading onshore and offshore people. This person is considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system. He/she has the ability to lead a team through effective delegation, training, and motivation. The Quality Assurance Test Lead has the ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
