| SAP CS Consultant Remote Contract Job Description We are seeking a skilled SAP CS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing the SAP Customer Service (CS) module. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP CS solutions, ensuring that they meet both functional and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: SAP CS Implementation: Lead or participate in SAP CS module implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into SAP CS functionality. Provide expertise in SAP CS module, including Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, and Warranty processing. Customization & Integration: Customize SAP CS modules according to business requirements. Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance). Develop functional specifications for ABAP developments, reports, and interfaces. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP CS module. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SAP CS module. Conduct user training and create documentation for new features and processes. Project Management: Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Report project status and escalate issues as needed.
