| Oorwin Email Hi, Immediate Need For Technical Project Manager+ Scrum Master (Healthcare/Medical Domain) at Chanhassen, MN (Day 1 Onsite) Position: Technical Project Manager+ Scrum Master (Healthcare /Medical Domain) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contact Experience: 10+ years Job Description: Manage Digital Healthcare software/ Product development projects of different sizes, Utilizing management skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables. Hands on experience of Project Development life cycle - Perform project estimation, project planning, monitoring, tracking and Status reporting Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or customer specific tools Play Scrum master role, conduct Scrum ceremonies , Coordinate with cross functional teams and business stake holders Identify project risks and derive effective mitigation plans to handle the same Elicit requirements and technical inputs from subject matter experts and business stake holders in customer organization Effort Estimation, Technical/Business proposals creation and SoW creation. Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward. Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned Good People management skills - Manage, Guide, mentor and nurture team. Effectively Negotiate with team members to define the team's goals, work content and schedules Participate in presales activities to support account growth.Education : Graduate/Post Graduate (BS/MS/B.Tech/M.Tech) Required Skillset(s) : 9-15 years of overall experience in IT industry Minimum 4+ project management experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in Core software development in roles such Developer, Hands on Technical lead and Technical manager, Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements Understand technology , should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same Ability to manage change and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customer.
