About The Role The Technical Project Manager is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while leveraging technology to optimize the benefits eligibility process. Lead our Information Technology team in developing and maintaining systems that ensure accurate and efficient benefits eligibility management. Requires technical expertise with a deep understanding of benefits administration to drive innovation and enhance the overall employee experience. What you'll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand benefits eligibility requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT systems for benefits eligibility management. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing benefits eligibility systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements in benefits eligibility processes. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all IT processes related to benefits eligibility. Qualifications Qualified candidates must reside in the island of O'ahu to be considered for this job opportunity. We may consider candidates to work hybrid if they reside within the Honolulu Metropolitan Area. Experience working with the government preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Expertise in designing and implementing IT systems related to benefits administration. Proficient in programming languages and technologies relevant to benefits eligibility systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve technical and business goals.
