| From: Teja, insoursysinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : ServiceNow Configuration Management Analyst Location: Pleasanton CA, Plano TX, Phoenix AZ, Boise, ID Looking Only On W2 For USC, GC and H4EAD Role Focus: Ensure CMDB data quality by enforcing adherence to SACM policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily health of SACM Configuration processes. Perform CMDB data analysis, troubleshooting, enrichment, and governance. Ensure SACM Configuration Management aligns with policies. Lead root cause analysis to improve data accuracy. Manage relationships with data owners and consumers. Support CI use cases within ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Strengthen ITSM CSDM practices and hierarchies. Collaborate on integration of CMDB data with other applications. Serve as a data steward, driving process adherence and providing training. Govern CMDB reporting, audits, and data enrichment. Support onboarding of new applications/services into the CMDB. Manage SACM Configuration Service Catalog items and related processes. Enhance custom in-house CMDB applications. Key Traits: Excellent communicator, flexible, collaborative, detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solver, assertive, and influential. Qualifications: Required: US hours (PST/MST). Must live within 50 miles of specified Albertsons offices. Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of Configuration Management experience in a large CMDB environment. Deep understanding of ITIL processes and CSDM. Experience with inventory discovery tools, SACM process adherence, and managing large data repositories. Familiarity with Cloud environments, IT infrastructure, and DevOps/Agile methodologies. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred: ITIL V4 certification, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 experience. Experience with Cloud Solutions and application architecture.
