Key Responsibilities: Maintain operational health of SACM data within CMDB, AMDB, and Contract repositories. Manage SACM-related tasks and incidents. Perform data analysis, research, and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities for data enrichment and continuous improvement. Support relationships with data/process owners and consumers. Drive data governance, reporting, and process adherence. Conduct data audits and enforce governance best practices. Provide customer support and recommendations for AMDB and CMDB applications. Collaborate on Service Catalog items related to SACM data. Key Traits: Strong communicator, flexible, collaborative, detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solver, logical, and proactive. Qualifications: Required: US hours (PST/MST). Must live within 50 miles of specific Albertsons offices. Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of SACM experience. General understanding of ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and SACM tools. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies and KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred: ITIL V4 certification, ServiceNow Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 experience, FlexeraOne experience, and knowledge of SSL certificates and asset management.
